No right of withdrawal for photo products with your pictures

All products in our gallery shop are made individually for you with your own pictures. Under § 312g(2) no. 1 BGB there is no right of withdrawal for goods that are not prefabricated and are made to the consumer’s individual choice or clearly tailored to their personal needs. We point this out before you order and you confirm it in the order form.

Your statutory rights in case of defects remain unaffected.

Withdrawal for other goods

For any goods not personalised for you, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons, starting on the day you receive the goods. To withdraw, inform us (Illumin Studio, Sabrina Braun, Rehbergweg 3, 64380 Roßdorf, Germany, sabrina@illuminstudio.com) by a clear statement, e.g. by e-mail. We refund all payments including standard delivery costs within fourteen days, using the same means of payment. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
