Terms – gallery shop
Last updated: 8 October 2026
Draft – this is a translation for your convenience. The German version is legally binding.
1. Scope
These terms apply to orders of photo products (e.g. prints, wall art, albums, photo books, calendars) through the shop in the online galleries of Illumin Studio, owner Sabrina Braun, Rehbergweg 3, 64380 Roßdorf, Germany. Photo and film commissions are governed by the contract made with you.
2. Contract
The products in the gallery are an invitation to order. By clicking “Order and pay” you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded with our confirmation by e-mail – for online payment after the payment has succeeded, for bank transfer with the e-mail stating the payment details. The contract language is German.
3. Prices and shipping
All prices are final prices in euros. As long as we are a small business under § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged or shown; otherwise statutory VAT is included. Shipping costs are shown before you order.
4. Payment
You pay through our payment provider (Stripe or Mollie) or by bank transfer in advance. Payment is due with the order. With bank transfer, production starts once the payment has arrived; if it does not arrive within the stated period, we may cancel the order.
5. Production and delivery
Your products are made individually for you after you order. Delivery usually takes 7–10 working days after payment.
6. No right of withdrawal for personalised products
Photo products with your own pictures are made to your specifications. Under § 312g(2) no. 1 BGB there is no right of withdrawal for such goods.
7. Colours
Pictures look different on screens than on paper or other materials. Slight differences in colour, brightness and cropping are not a defect.
8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. If a product is damaged or faulty, please write to us soon after receipt with a photo – we reprint it or refund the amount.
9. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, without depriving consumers of the protection of mandatory provisions of their country of residence. We do not take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
